Shipping Details


We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) after we have received and cleared payment. During busy periods please allow up to 72 hours to dispatch your item.


Please allow up to 22 working days for items that are located outside of the UK and items that are located in the UK allow up to 10 working days to arrive before contacting us Via EMAIL not


(Please Note that we have warehouse in HK, and CN USA and the UK we may reserve the right to send your goods from any of our warehouse if the item is out of stock in the UK warehouse.)



Payment Details


We only accept PayPal as our payment method. This protects us as a seller, you as a buyer and is the fastest way to pay for your items purchased. You don’t have to have an account with PayPal to make a payment as you can use your card at the checkout.


Returns Policy


Returns Policy The cost of any return postage is the customers’ responsibility and will not be refunded. Please be advised that there are some exceptions to items you can return: Any pre-recorded material, software will not be refunded.

Items that are returned as faulty are only liable for replacement, refunds are not optional unless the units are out of stock, in which case a refund will be graunted with original postage costs deducted.

Any items that incur faults are only liable for replacement providing the fault is technical, not caused accidentally by the consumer. Theft, accidental damage & water damage to items will not be covered.

Any items looking to be replaced due to technical faults will only be covered providing they are returned within the warranty time frame respective to the item & contain the necessary warranty slips provided, along with being in the original packaging they were sent in.

All damage or default item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving item. Or you will not receive a refund or replacement for the item.

NOTE: All returns are to be sent back to our returns facility in China, even if you ordered from an overseas warehouse we only have one facility in China.Item must be shipped with the shipping provider that provides tracking It is the customer's responsibility To get the item delivered to us You will not be refunded any shipping fees what you have paid for the item to be shipped back to us


Warranty times begin from the date of dispatch, and lasts for the time tailored to the specific product.


We cannot be hold responsible for items that do not arrive on time this is responsibility of the shipping provider. You will have two take it up with the post office or the shipping provider for international buyers.

How are customs and taxes issues handled?

Customs and import duties including any taxes, tariffs or item seized, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items shipped from our warehouse and other international warehouses are not subject to export taxes.

Our common Airmail delivery service does not have an invoice in the package, however, express shipping methods such as TOLL Express, DHL or TNT orders must be sent out with an invoice for customs clearance.


Feedback


As a seller Positive Feedback is very important to us, as well as customer satisfaction. We want all our customers to be happy with their orders and with their shopping experience with us. If there is an error then we do apologise and will do our very best to resolve the issue. We are only human, so please do let us know if there is an issue before leaving Negative Feedback



OUR MISSION
To provide best value products with professional services and have a trust based relationship with our valued customers we are a family run clearinghouse for major suppliers therefore all our items are sent directly from the supplier. On occasions we may use a 3rd party to supply our customers’ orders, it is likely that the 3rd parties’ logo may be on the packaging. By placing an order you are agreeing that your delivery information may be shared with our supplier to fulfil your order. If there is something you would like, that we do not appear to currently stock, then please get in touch and we may be able to source it for you
